1. Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping rates & shipping method

Shipping charges for your major appliances order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: DHL, FedEx, USPS, ePacket.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Your Order page: If the tracking information is available, you can track your package via the Your Order page. The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery date and time are approximately 10-20 business days from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your State is and excluding the processing time).

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact service@nullstitch.com, we will contact the shipping carrier.

4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store typically ship within 10 to 20 business days from shipping date.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us (service@nullstitch.com) for timely support.
